All BNI chapters follow a strict procedural guidelines but for some reasons certain chapters out perform other chapters.. why is this?
One of the main things to do is to get people involved – Get involved by being on the leadership or support team, attend BNI trainings, and be willing to be a substitute at another BNI chapter in your area. Empowering people to have ownership of there BNI chapter helps people to feel responsible that the chapter stays healthy.
Have lots of 1-2-1′s with all members of your chapter. You may think that you have little in common but they may know your dream referral.
I had a 1-2-1 with EKW Legacy Planning (Will Writer) at his offices and he then introduced me to the person in the next office who potentially I can do work with.
